IN DEFENSE OF SEASONS
The thought of warm sunny days
year long
is alluring
but what would I do
when I wake one day
tiring of summer sun
beating on my head
I’m dreaming of cool crisp mornings
of colored leaves swirling
chrysanthemums waving their feather heads
furthermore
what would I do when I wake one day
tiring of dried brown leaves crunching
and pots of sodden chrysanthemums
which have had their day
I’m dreaming of a cold blue sky
a warm soft scarf around my neck
a river running with ice and snow
over smooth grey rocks
inspiring a new year
Loveland Senior and Family Photos
I always think it is a great idea to capture some family photos when we do senior photos. Luckily Rylan and his family agree! We had a lovely shoot in Loveland this fall.
Poudre High School Senior Photos
Mary is a Poudre High School senior who plays soccer and likes to ski. She is also an artist! We had a lovely shoot at Watson Lake.
