Had a beautiful photo shoot with this awesome family at Lory State Park. Sarah and Dan now have 3 boys on their hands with their new one arriving in February. That baby has the best smile, as do they all!

One of the many ephemeral masterpieces
nature creates
etching whirls and curls
in the sand
shadows and light
beside the stream
seen by the passing walker
who stops to marvel
then walks on
before the tide returns
to wash it all away.
